O.U.T House (Outdoor Use of Trails) Consortium is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization that serves to develop, maintain, and promote non-motorized recreational trails in Sault Ste. Marie and surrounding areas in the Eastern Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Webster's Dictionary defines a Consortium as "an association of two or more individuals, companies, or organizations with the objective in participating in a common activity or pooling their resources together for a common goal "
What Makes Us a Consortium
At the O.U.T. House Consortium, we unite local volunteers, businesses, nonprofits, and government partners to create and maintain the non-motorized trails that connect us all. Together, we're building more than just paths—we're building a stronger, healthier, and more connected Eastern Upper Peninsula.
